Lowbed Truck Driver

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled and responsible

Lowbed Truck Driver

to join our team in

Dubai

. The ideal candidate will have experience transporting heavy machinery and equipment across the UAE, ensuring timely and safe delivery to project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate lowbed trucks to transport heavy equipment (e.g., excavators, bulldozers, cranes)

Requirements:

Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License (Category 4) Minimum 2-5 years of experience driving lowbed trucks in the UAE or GCC Proven experience in transporting oversized/heavy equipment Good knowledge of UAE roads, regulations, and transport routes Physically fit and able to secure loads manually Ability to work flexible hours, including nights or weekends if required Basic communication skills in English or Arabic Load, secure, and unload equipment using proper procedures and tools (chains, binders, etc.) Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any mechanical issues Ensure all transport documentation and permits are in order before starting the trip Follow UAE traffic laws, RTA regulations, and company policies at all times Coordinate with logistics/transport supervisors to ensure on-time deliveries Maintain the cleanliness and operational condition of the vehicle Adhere strictly to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards on and off-site

Preferred:

Experience in the construction or oil & gas sector Familiarity with heavy equipment (e.g., CAT, Komatsu, Volvo) Knowledge of over-dimensional permits and RTA compliance
