: Develop detailed electrical schematics, drawings, and specifications for low-voltage automation systems. This includes creating single-line diagrams (SLDs), general arrangement (GA) layouts, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
-
PLC programming and logic development
: Program Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and design Human-Machine Interface (HMI) screens to automate industrial machinery, HVAC systems, and other processes.
-
System integration:
Ensure that low-voltage systems--such as building management systems (BMS), security (CCTV, access control), and network infrastructure--are effectively integrated to work seamlessly together.
-
Installation and commissioning support:
Provide technical support during the installation, testing, and commissioning phases of a project to ensure proper implementation and system functionality.
-
Troubleshooting and maintenance:
Diagnose system failures, troubleshoot technical issues, and perform both preventive and corrective maintenance on automation systems.
Qualifications:
-
Education:
A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field is typically required.
-
Experience:
Proven experience in designing, installing, and/or commissioning low-voltage and automation systems is essential.
Technical expertise:
- Shall have experience in Siemens SICAM A8000 range of RTU
- Experience in communication protocols (Modbus (RS485/TCP), profinet, IEC61850, IEC104).
- Strong knowledge of low-voltage components, panels, switchgear, and control systems.
- Proficiency in PLC and HMI programming and configuration (e.g., using protocols like BACnet or Modbus).
- Familiarity with Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems like CCTV, access control, fire alarms, and network cabling.
