Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations:

Oversee daily operations of the F&B store, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food handling regulations. Monitor store cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance.

2. Staff Management:

Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional service. Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours. Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and address any disciplinary matters.

3. Customer Service:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly. Monitor and improve customer feedback metrics to enhance service delivery. Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the store.

4. Inventory & Stock Management:

Maintain optimal inventory levels, ensuring no overstocking or understocking. Conduct regular stock checks and ensure accurate record-keeping. Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of raw materials and supplies.

5. Sales & Profitability:

Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective store management and promotions. Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Implement strategies to increase customer retention and foot traffic.

6. Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure adherence to company policies and local regulations. Prepare and submit timely reports on sales, inventory, staff performance, and store operations. Monitor and manage cash handling procedures and prevent discrepancies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Diploma or bachelor's degree in hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the F&B industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Proven track record in managing store operations, staff, and customer service.
