About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized
Warehouse Manager / Warehouse In-Charge
to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure efficient management of inventory, logistics, and overall supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have at least5 years of experience
in warehouse and supply chain management, with strong leadership and analytical skills.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control. Ensure optimal space utilization and maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Plan and coordinate logistics, deliveries, and shipments in line with company schedules and client requirements. Monitor and maintain stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and inventory audits. Implement and improve warehouse policies, procedures, and safety standards. Supervise and train warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure performance efficiency. Collaborate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth supply chain flow. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports (inbound/outbound, stock status, discrepancies, etc.). Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software for tracking and reporting. Handle supplier coordination, documentation, and compliance with company standards.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
