Job Description

This position is responsible for checking and verifying all required documents before any car leaves the premises.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Coordination

Schedule and coordinate the movement of vehicles between branches, workshops, showrooms, and external vendors. Manage vehicle delivery timelines, ensuring on-time dispatch and arrival. Monitor and follow up on vehicle transfers, recovery, and returns.

Vehicle Control & Documentation

Maintain up-to-date records of all vehicle movements and locations. Ensure proper documentation is in place before any vehicle leaves or enters the premises (gate passes, delivery notes, approvals). Coordinate with security/gatekeepers for vehicle entry and exit approvals.

Inventory Management

Support the storekeeping team in physical stock checks and vehicle audits. Report discrepancies in vehicle count, location, or condition. Ensure systems (ERP/Inventory software) are updated regularly.

Internal Coordination

Liaise with service advisors, workshop teams, showroom managers, and delivery drivers for smooth vehicle flow. Communicate delays or urgent vehicle movements to concerned departments.

Process Improvement & Compliance

Assist in implementing controls to reduce vehicle loss, damage, or unauthorized use. Ensure compliance with internal vehicle movement policies and health & safety regulations.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in logistics, fleet, or automotive operations. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication in English Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with vehicle management systems is a plus. Must be willing to work outdoors and be physically active. UAE driving license preferred. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple cars during busy hours Experience in a dealership or logistics setup is a plus Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
