Create and manage daily dispatch plans in alignment with business requirements.
Maintain and regularly update the Master Plan and all related planning records.
Ensure timely review and confirmation of SOPs, considering HSE and Finance requirements. Schedules on demand delivery.
Ensure adherence to timelines and key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Resource Coordination
Collaborate with HR for manpower planning.
Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure asset readiness.
Identify idle truck slots and proactively fill them with B2B or propose availability.
3. Team & Interdepartmental Support
Serve as a key liaison between operations, sales and finance teams.
Communicate slot changes or schedule impacts to internal stakeholders.
4. Optimization & Continuous Improvement
Identify underperforming B2B accounts and propose slot/frequency changes to improve utilization.
Use basic data analysis to track performance and support operational decisions.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Track and maintain accurate documentation of schedules, truck deployments, and delivery performance.
Prepare regular reports on schedule adherence and operational updates for internal use.
