Job Summary:
QuickFly Logistics is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented
Outdoor Sales Representative
to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in logistics sales, including freight forwarding, last-mile delivery, and warehousing solutions. You will play a key role in acquiring new clients, growing our customer base, and promoting our full suite of logistics services across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively generate new leads and pursue B2B sales opportunities across Dubai and surrounding areas.
Conduct in-person client visits to understand their logistics requirements and present tailored solutions.
Promote services including international freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and service agreements.
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing structures to remain competitive.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the logistics or transportation industry within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, 3PL, and supply chain solutions.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with UAE market and existing client network is a plus.
UAE driving license and own car (or willingness to travel extensively across Dubai).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.
