Our company is seeking an experienced and dedicated candidate who can provide vital support to the sales team as a Sales Coordinator. \xc2\xb7 Preparation of all import and export documentation and certifications. \xc2\xb7 Establish and maintain good business relationships with customers. \xc2\xb7 Checking and negotiating rates with different shipping line for the special rates. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of how to prepare a sales quotation for a customer. \xc2\xb7 Placing booking with shipping line and follow up for Container Release Order. \xc2\xb7 Follow up with the carrier regarding shipment updates and documents. \xc2\xb7 Follow-up with showroom for documents & arrange guarantee cheque if required \xc2\xb7 Checking invoice from the shipping line if any discrepancy informing operations team to send email to the line to correct the invoice. \xc2\xb7 Advise client for the Shipping Instruction details to be submitted to documentation team and thorough follow up till Bill draft confirmation by customer. \xc2\xb7 Following with customer for the payments, advise Accounts Dept. to make invoice on time to get the payment from the customer then after follow up to arrange payment from the clients. Once payment is settled, will inform Accounts Dept. to release the OBL/Seaway Bill. \xc2\xb7 Once payment received follow up with Accounts Dept. to send original documents to the customer by DHL. \xc2\xb7 Person who works for shipping lines such as MAERSK LINE, CMA CGM, HAPAG LOYD, COSCO, ONE LINE, and HYUNDAI MERCHANT MARINE (HMM). \xc2\xb7 Contact potential clients in order to increase sales opportunities and initiate sales with customers. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Working experience in customer service, handling orders, complaints, inquiries, correspondence, etc. \xc2\xb7 Document handling experience (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, Vessel Certificates, etc). \xc2\xb7 An individual with a strong work ethic, who is eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges. \xc2\xb7 Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints \xc2\xb7 A bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \xc2\xb7 Minimum of 2 to 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in logistics as a Sales Coordinator. \xc2\xb7 Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
