You will play a key role in continuous supply of finished goods to the biggest OEM's in the automotive market.

Your Role:

Project SOP : Participate in project meetings as a logistics representative Implement the start-up and/or logistics transfer checklist and ensure its follow-up Ensure the proper implementation of SAP settings as well as EDI links with suppliers and customers Ensure the correct SAP configuration for a good serial transfer Prepare the start-up and production plan and ensure communication and follow-up with the multidisciplinary team

Materials planning : Management of an equal share of Suppliers/Part Numbers Maintaining of ordering relevant SAP parameters Preparing and sending Forecast and Orders to Suppliers Implementing of Lean Ordering Process Analyzing of DOH / WOH / Top 5 / Excess reports Controlling of Supplier related returnable packaging Monitoring the Raw Material Ordering Process Daily follow-up of supplier shipment execution Reducing/Avoiding excess and obsolete raw material Monitoring Supplier Performance Collecting required data to sustain claim/cost recovery with Suppliers Creating complaints/cost recoveries due to Supplier deficient performance Simulate MRP file correctly

Production control : - Check the customer's programs received from Customer Service in order to communicate to the factory its production schedule as well as the level of capacity to be adjusted to ensure deliveries in the best conditions in terms of deadlines, quantities and costs . -Analyze the feasibility of programs with current production conditions. - Negotiate program adjustment possibilities with plant capacity. - Communicate to different departments the impact of new orders on plant capacity levels through meetings. - Stock analysis (SAP BKF) compared to Planning W-1. - Daily monitoring of production and planning with the Shoopflor team. - Comparison of capacity study of week -1 with the new one and make analyzes. - Monitoring of blocked parts with the quality department, production, etc. - Attainment of production in relation to the schedule. -Prepare the BuildPlan (MPS) as well as the Upload (MRP); -Prepare production and assembly plan including capacity studies; -Ensure the daily and weekly production schedule; -Ensure the application and maintenance of the conditions of the production system; -Analysis of machines and lines that exceed capacity; -Participate in continuous improvement projects within the MPC department; -Collaborate with all departments related to production to ensure the achievement of optimal results; - Adjustment of planned quantities in relation to raw material allocations. - Modification of schedule in case of production inhability or maintenance problem / Tool room .. -Ensure a global analysis in order to guarantee the best optimal results; -Ensure the application of quality standards; safety and environment

Your BAckground:

Bachelor degree in Supply Chain/Logistics At least 1 year experience in Planning or Materiel Controlling Fluent in English & French. Good Communication skills. Organizational skills and resistance to pressure; Ability and taste for teamwork. Aptiv Rewards & Advantages:
