Job Description

The Logistics Operations Manager/Executive oversees the day-to-day logistics functions, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery of goods. This role bridges coordination between clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth end-to-end logistics operations.

Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations. Obtain pricing and prepare quotes to support sales Manage shipment scheduling, documentation, and tracking to ensure on-time delivery. Liaise with transporters, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams for efficient operations. Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve service quality. Handle customer queries, resolve delivery issues, and ensure compliance with contractual terms. Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and inventory levels. Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations and safety standards. Generate periodic reports on operational performance and KPIs.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline. 3-6 years of experience in logistics or operations management. Strong understanding of transportation, warehousing, and inventory control in GCC. o Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities. Proficiency in logistics software (CRM etc.) and MS Excel. Knowledge of Pricing and Quoting. ?Driving license is an added advantage. ?start up experience is an added advantage.
