About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of equipment import/export logistics, ensuring smooth operations across various channels, and maintaining compliance with port and free zone regulations. Key Responsibilities: Handle export/import formalities for equipment, including BOEs, Delivery Orders, Packing Lists, Invoices, and Receiving documents. Outsource shipments and negotiate optimal rates with freight vendors. Coordinate with Store and Sales teams for shipment and freight charge approvals. Track all sea and air shipments and prepare withdrawal documents to ensure timely clearance. Ensure all shipment documents comply with SAIF Zone or other relevant authorities, resolving any discrepancies. Liaise with our other branches for equipment delivery and support inter-branch logistics as needed. Requirements: 1-2 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain operations. Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory). Strong knowledge of import/export documentation and procedures. Excellent negotiation, coordination, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
