Job Description

We are a leading factory in Dubai and currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator. This position is only for

Arab nationals

. Fresh graduates in Bachelors in Logistics & Supply chain can also apply.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate logistics activities, including shipping, receiving, and distribution. Coordinate with customs officials to ensure compliance with import/export regulations. Ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation of goods to and from the factory. Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to optimize supply chain processes. Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records. Implement and improve logistics procedures to enhance overall efficiency. Resolve logistics issues and communicate with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven experience in logistics and supply chain operations, preferably in a manufacturing setting. Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping procedures. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Arabic is preferred. (Written & spoken)

Skills:

Proficient in logistics software and tools. MS Office skills (The candidate must at least have basic knowledge in Excel) Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
