Logistics Officer

to join our team in

. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to optimizing supply chain and freight operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and monitor all logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management. Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services in compliance with client requirements. Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs officials to track shipments and resolve any delivery issues. Maintain accurate records of shipping and logistics activities, including invoices, delivery notes, and customs documentation. Monitor stock levels, track inventory movements, and assist in inventory audits. Optimize routes and transportation methods to minimize costs and improve efficiency. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards related to logistics and transportation. Prepare regular reports on logistics performance and propose improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role. Strong knowledge of logistics software and MS Office applications. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. Familiarity with UAE customs and import/export regulations is a plus. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
