Job Description

:

Plan, schedule, and coordinate transportation, and deliveries to meet customer and operational requirements with minimal delays.

Oversee dispatching, routing, and GPS tracking of drivers, monitoring vehicle and driver status to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant deliveries.

Prepare, review, and maintain accurate logistics documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, waybills, and related records.

Monitor and control transportation and logistics-related costs, reviewing routes, freight charges, and resource utilization to optimize budgets.

Ensure all company vehicles are maintained at optimal operational and safety standards, including inspections, registration renewals, permits, and regulatory compliance.

Coordinate with third-party transporters, suppliers, and service providers to fulfill operational, technical, and legal requirements.

Streamline logistics and transportation workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time.

Maintain active communication with customers regarding deliveries, service schedules, and technical updates, ensuring service quality meets company standards.

Manage driver-related administrative requirements, including authorization letters, cash advances, payments, and trip expense records.

Support internal teams by coordinating logistics operational requirements, particularly during peak periods or service surges.

Take proactive measures to prevent service delays, operational disruptions, and quality or compliance issues.

Additional Works:

Plan, manage, and dispatch the Biomedical Engineering team across the UAE for service calls, preventive maintenance (PPMs), installations, and corrective maintenance based on customer availability and service priorities.

Handle biomedical-related quotations, tenders, and major client or supplier communications, ensuring alignment with technical, commercial, and logistical requirements.
