. This role requires high attention to detail, coordination with suppliers and transporters, and efficient handling of all logistics and inventory-related operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams for smooth logistics operations.
Maintain and update shipment and inventory records using
advanced Excel functions
(formulas, pivot tables, and reports).
Manage stock levels, perform inventory checks, and assist in material forecasting.
Prepare and maintain all logistics documentation, including delivery notes and tracking reports.
Follow up on pending shipments and resolve any logistics or delivery issues.
Support the operations and finance teams with logistics cost analysis and reporting.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and shipping regulations.
Requirements:
Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in logistics, shipment tracking, or inventory control (preferably in the UAE).
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel,
