We are seeking a detail-oriented
Logistics Officer
to manage and coordinate the efficient flow of goods, materials, and information across our operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, proper documentation, and smooth logistics processes.Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods and materials. Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and deliveries. Prepare and process shipping and receiving documents. Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries. Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements. Identify areas for logistics improvement and cost optimization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or materials management. Knowledge of inventory management and shipping procedures. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
