The candidate for this program will work closely with the Program Manager and will be responsible for organizing and implementing a variety of responsibilities related to the flow of materials, products, services, and associated systems information. Manages the performance of logistics functions including system fault analysis, life cycle maintenance and integrated product support (IPS) of major systems. Duties may include managing the control of the flow of goods, services, and information between the point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements as well as ensuring the execution and improvement of standard logistic processes. Plans, schedules, and routes imports and exports, including monitoring the flow of traffic to/from international destinations, ensuring related customer service, brokerage, and customs transaction compliance. Assesses and maintains compliance with federal and foreign regulations governing the shipment, receipt, and documentation of imported/exported products.

More About the Role:
The Logistics Manager will serve as focal point for fielded units requesting maintenance support and get to:
- Directly support multiple deployed Field Service Representative (FSR) teams providing sensor maintenance and troubleshooting support to fielded units
- Coordinate with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) to ensure Just in Time (JIT) delivery of equipment and determine and warehouse OEM recommended sparring percentages.
- Coordinate repair part shipments between OEM, depot and ASL storage sites
- Develop and coordinate a Materiel Fielding Plan (MFP) with all stakeholders
You\xe2\x80\x99ll Bring These Qualifications: Possesses a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree applicable to logistics management. An additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
- Possesses a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in logistics management that includes at least five (5) years of experience supporting Department of Defense systems, preferably Air Force.
- Must be knowledgeable and technically competent in all facets of product support to include, but not limited to, technical manual development, training, supply chain management, and maintenance concepts.
- Experience with Department of Defense Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP), Capability Development Documents (CDD), and Basis of Issue Plans (BOIP)
- Familiarity with working in warehouse environment and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to travel up to 60% of time to both CONUS and OCONUS locations.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Prior Military Logistics Experience
- Experience with Air Force Logistics Management Information System (LMIS) Experience with IMMS
- Experience with CACI\'s Procinct.
