POSITION SUMMARY Manages and performs all logistics functions in support of the completion of the K-SSS Project needs including but not limited to conducting inventories, maintaining inventory records and performing internal audits of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Contractor Furnished Equipment (CFE) at for a project with two geographically separated operating locations; manages the project Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment (OCIE) warehouse overseeing issue and turn in of OCIE; manages OCIE and supply replenishment; manages the issuance, maintenance and reporting for company furnished vehicles, equipment and fuel cards to project personnel; communicates and coordinates with project subcontractors in the provision of transportation, life support and vehicles to the project. Supervises assigned Logistics Clerks. Serves as a senior member of the K-SSS Project Management office staff; participates in staff meetings provides updates and advises the Project Manager on logistics and property management matters. RESPONSIBILITIES This list of duties and responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time. * Ensure that Logistics Clerks are executing their responsibilities efficiently and effectively * Manage all K-SSS property in accordance with the Constellis Property Management Procedure; conduct 10% cyclic, 100% inventories and other inventories as required; maintain property records and submit inventory reports; make all records available for audit by the designated U.S. Government representative upon request * Maintain strict accountability of equipment, supplies, spare parts, etc. through a computerized file and accounting system * Ensure on-time delivery of support (i.e., transportation, supplies, vehicles, OCIE and equipment) * Oversee operation of the project OCIE warehouse/supply room including ensuring sufficient supply of uniform items and individual equipment are on hand in the sizes needed to outfit incoming guards' initial issue and to exchange unserviceable items; reorder uniforms and supplies to maintain required stock levels for all items * Provide oversight and support to camp Armorers ensure 100% accountability of arms room supplies and equipment; conduct arms rooms inspections; write reports and advise Guard Site Managers on the operation of their Arms Room * Perform managerial logistical functions, including periodic and scheduled reports; prepare and implementation of project logistics procedures * Prepare and maintain maintenance, and operational records * Ensure that all shipments and receipt of equipment and materials for the project are properly documented, and follow proper customs procedures * Coordinate with the corporate office on all procurement-related activities including the performance of subcontractor-provided logistics, life support, transportation services in support of K-SSS * Ensure that all goods and services procured in support of the project are approved and purchased in accordance with applicable Constellis/Triple Canopy policies and directives * Prepare written deliverables for submission to client, to include reports, spreadsheets, memos, summaries, etc. Additional duties may also include, but not be limited to: * Oversee and scheduling and assignment of vehicles supporting home to work shuttles and guard operations * Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of a comprehensive logistics program * Advise the Project Manager, PMO staff and camp Guard Site Managers on all logistics, sustainment, and property management matters; participate in PMO staff meetings and other meetings as required QUALIFICATIONS * Must be a U.S. citizen * Level three (3) English language proficiency * At a minimum, must possess either a bachelor's degree in logistics/supply chain management from an accredited institution or a current Certified Professional Property Administrator certification; Certified Professional Property Manager certification is preferred * Must possess a minimum of six (6) years of experience in administrative and logistical support management * A minimum of three (3) years of this experience must have been in property management, with demonstrable experience in at least four (4) of the following areas: * Acquisition * Audits * Control (e.g., ownership, responsibility, and accountability) * Disposition and retirement * Movement and transfers * Inventory * Property accounting * Receiving * Records and reporting * A minimum of two (2) years of this experience must have been in a supervisory capacity * A minimum of two (2) years of this experience must have been in overseas procurement and logistics management * Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and possess sufficient computer skills to manage electronic files and an electronic record keeping system * Must have a valid U.S. Passport * Must have a current U.S. driver's license * Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening;
