XAD Technologies is hiring a

Logistics Manager - Telecom

to manage end-to-end logistics operations for telecom rollout and maintenance projects across the UAE. The role requires strong coordination, planning, and execution to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of telecom materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end logistics for telecom equipment (fiber, antennas, routers, MW links, power units) Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, transporters, and project teams Plan and track material movement for installation, rollout, and maintenance projects Maintain accurate inventory levels, stock records, and documentation Monitor shipments, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery Handle returns, damaged materials, and replacement processes Optimize logistics cost, routes, and delivery timelines Ensure compliance with telecom standards, safety regulations, and company policies

Requirements & Skills:

3-5 years of experience in telecom logistics / rollout projects Strong knowledge of FTTH, wireless equipment, and passive & active telecom materials Experience in warehouse operations, supply chain planning, and ERP systems Strong vendor management, coordination, and reporting skills Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive project deadlines
