Key Responsibilities

Logistics

Plan and manage daily logistics Jobs.

Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery to customers and partners.

Negotiate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transport companies for different contract & services.

Manage transportation schedules and optimize routes to reduce cost and lead time.

Customs & Compliance (UAE-Specific)

Handle UAE customs documentation, clearance procedures, and coordination with freight forwarders.

Ensure compliance with UAE laws,

Dubai Customs

Abu Dhabi Customs

,

Sharjah & UAQ Customs

,

Free Zone Authority

requirements (JAFZA, DAFZA, AD Ports, etc.).

Manage import/export paperwork, HS codes, certificates of origin, and inspection processes.

Knowledgeable in SIRA, FANR, MOCCAE

Reporting & Systems

Use WMS systems for inventory, shipments, and KPIs.

Prepare cost analysis, shipment reports, and logistics forecasts.

Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

5+ years of logistics or supply chain experience, preferably in the UAE.

Strong knowledge of UAE customs procedures, free zone rules, and import/export laws.

Experience with logistics systems (WMS).

Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
