Implement cost management and resource allocation strategies across stores.
Lead and train store staff to maintain operational efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Develop and execute supply chain strategies to optimize product flow and timely deliveries.
Collaborate with IT teams to design, test, and implement new systems, features, and digital tools.
Maintain accurate technical documentation and participate in IT development and research activities.
Conduct market and store visits to gather insights on customer needs and trends
