Logistics Manager
Job Description
Negotiate annual contracts, pricing, and business terms with suppliers.
Manage reordering, stock transfers, and purchase coordination between suppliers, warehouses, and stores.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and product quality.
Collaborate with sales, merchandising, and brand teams to support sales performance and product mix.
Evaluate merchandise assortment and plan product introductions or phase-outs.
Implement cost management and resource allocation strategies across stores.
Lead and train store staff to maintain operational efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Develop and execute supply chain strategies to optimize product flow and timely deliveries.
Collaborate with IT teams to design, test, and implement new systems, features, and digital tools.
Maintain accurate technical documentation and participate in IT development and research activities.
Conduct market and store visits to gather insights on customer needs and trends
