Logistics Manager
to join our team and oversee all logistics and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage end-to-end logistics, warehousing, and distribution activities.
Ensure efficient and cost-effective movement of goods from suppliers to customers.
Manage transportation, fleet, and delivery operations to meet timelines and service levels.
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse staff, and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Optimize inventory control, warehouse layout, and storage systems.
Negotiate contracts and rates with transporters and freight forwarders.
Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with local laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Lead and train logistics team members to achieve performance goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum
5+ years of experience
in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management (preferably in FMCG or distribution).
Strong understanding of import/export procedures, customs clearance, and transport operations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in ERP/logistics management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
