What You will Do:

• Manage day-to-day logistics operations in the warehouse and shipping areas ?
• Coordinate with transport providers, couriers, and freight partners to ensure timely deliveries ?
• Supervise inventory levels and support warehouse staff with smooth processes ?
• Track delivery performance and proactively solve small issues before they become big ones ?
• Work closely with Production and Customer Service to make sure every order runs seamlessly ?

Preferred Background:
Experience

• Multiple years in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations - ideally in a fast-paced e-commerce or manufacturing environment, ideally with Leadership experience

Hard Skills

• Tech-Savvy: You think AI-first and look for smart automation solutions
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and transport planning ??

• Experience working with logistics software or WMS/TMS systems ?
• Ability to monitor KPIs like delivery accuracy, costs, and lead times ??

• Strong organizational skills to keep multiple processes aligned ?

Soft Skills
