Job Title: Logistics Manager (Import-Export)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Logistics Manager (Import-Export) to manage and streamline our international logistics operations, including customs clearance, DG cargo handling, and vendor management which covers all GCC countries. The role will play a critical part in reducing costs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting cross-border business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement logistics strategies that improve operational efficiency. Coordinate and manage import-export procedures in compliance with international trade regulations, focused on UAE and Saudi Arabia customs requirements. Ensure proper documentation and approvals are in place for Dangerous Goods (DG) cargo shipments and clearance through Dubai and Saudi Customs. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with freight forwarders, courier companies, and other logistics service providers. Negotiate logistics contracts and pricing annually to ensure competitive rates and service excellence. Monitor global logistics trends and advise on best practices to enhance international supply chain operations. Manage the accounting flow related to logistics partners and vendors, particularly with vendors in China. Prepare regular reports, performance metrics, and actionable insights for senior management review.
Required Skills and Competencies:

Strong negotiation skills, especially in logistics contracts and pricing agreements. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics data analysis. In-depth knowledge of Dubai Customs clearance procedures. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to analyze logistics data and implement cost-effective strategies. Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in import-export logistics (preferably within GCC region). Prior experience handling DG cargo and compliance with international shipping regulations. Working knowledge of Incoterms, HS Codes, and cross-border freight documentation.

Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
