Job Description

As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily logistics operations, managing end-to-end supply chain functions, and ensuring seamless movement of goods and materials across various channels. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to optimising our performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• You will work as part of the delivery team, coordinating and managing multiple contractors to oversee the successful implementation of the district wide logistics strategy across the development area.

• Plan, manage, and coordinate logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services

• Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle

• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers

• Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements.

• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements

• Lead and mentor the logistics team for peak operational efficiency

• Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or in a similar role within the logistics/supply chain industry

• Strong knowledge of logistics software, data analysis, and supply chain processes

• Exceptional leadership and team management skills

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
