We are looking for a

Logistics Manager

who oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of all logistics and supply chain activities within the organization. This role ensures the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of materials, equipment, and products while maintaining cost control, timely delivery, and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, shipping, and inventory control. Develop and optimize logistics processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. Oversee procurement and timely delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies. Coordinate with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments to ensure smooth supply chain activities. Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory management systems to prevent shortages or overstocking. Prepare and manage logistics budgets, forecasts, and performance reports. Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and safety standards. Lead and supervise logistics staff including drivers, warehouse personnel, and coordinators. Resolve transportation or supply chain issues quickly to avoid operational delays. Maintain records of shipments, receipts, and logistics documentation. Implement safety procedures and ensure safe handling of goods and equipment. Support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree 15+ years of experience in Logistics/ Warehouse management with oil & gas background. Expertise in Lifting, Equipment, Store Management, and transportation Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management software. Outstanding analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills. Proven experience in logistics management and supply chain management. Excellent communication skills. Preference for locally available candidates with immediate joining.

Pay: Up to QAR30,000.00 per month
