We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Logistics Manager

to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring that all supply chain operations are optimized for speed, cost-effectiveness, and quality. As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and timely delivery of products to customers while managing inventory, transportation, and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the end-to-end logistics operations, including procurement, transportation, storage, and distribution. Develop and implement strategies to streamline supply chain processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. Supervise logistics staff and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Monitor inventory levels and work with other departments to ensure supply meets demand without overstocking or shortages. Analyze logistics data and create reports to track performance, identify trends, and optimize processes. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to transportation delays, inventory discrepancies, and other logistics challenges. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies in all logistics activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred). More than 5 years' experience in logistics management. Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems (e.g WMS). Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
