Job Description
A leading construction company is looking for a
Logistics Officer
who can work efficiently under pressure and ensure smooth operations.Responsibilities:
Coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to project sites. Maintain continuous communication with drivers to guide and track vehicle movements. Monitor transportation activities and ensure seamless material delivery. Organize and manage inventory, ensuring the availability of necessary materials. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely execution of purchase orders. Handle any urgent issues that may disrupt transportation and supply processes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Previous experience in logistics, preferably in the construction sector. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills to coordinate with drivers and suppliers effectively. Proficiency in using computer systems for logistics management. Knowledge of transportation, distribution, and inventory management.
