Job Title: Logistics Manager Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Salary: AED 37,000 (Negotiable) Are you an experienced Logistics Manager with a strong background in managing logistics operations in the UAE? If so, our client has an exciting opportunity for you About the Role: Our client, a reputable company operating in Abu Dhabi, is looking for a skilled Logistics Manager to oversee and streamline their logistics operations. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient movement of goods and materials to support their operations. Key Responsibilities: * Supply Chain Management: Manage the end:to:end supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution. * Logistics Strategy: Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize operations and reduce costs. * Transportation Management: Oversee transportation and distribution activities, including route planning and fleet management. * Vendor Relations: Maintain and enhance relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other partners. * Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing carrying costs. * Performance Metrics: Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve logistics performance. * Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards. Qualifications: * Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. * Proven experience as a Logistics Manager, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role. * Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles. * Excellent problem:solving and decision:making skills. * Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications. * Ability to work effectively in a fast:paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
