We are Food distributor company looking for lady with experience for handling Logistics & Inventory field with following job description: \xc2\xb7 Monitor cargo movement processes. \xc2\xb7 Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures. \xc2\xb7 Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments. \xc2\xb7 Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity \xc2\xb7 Develop forecasting plans to maintain enough inventory \xc2\xb7 Maintain schedules and deadlines \xc2\xb7 Comply with plant standards and shipping regulations \xc2\xb7 Work with loading and warehouse personnel to ensure shipments and cost targets are met \xc2\xb7 Work with production company to verify materials needed to match production schedule \xc2\xb7 Supervise orders and arrange stocking of Products and equipment to ensure they meet needs \xc2\xb7 Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction \xc2\xb7 Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc. \xc2\xb7 Prepare accurate reports for upper management \xc2\xb7 Ensure accuracy of orders and shipping documents \xc2\xb7 Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation. \xc2\xb7 Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency \xc2\xb7 Working with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations.
