Logistics In Charge
Job Description
Plan, manage, and coordinate the entire logistics cycle, including inbound and outbound shipments.
Supervise daily logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and material handling.
Ensure timely delivery of goods to project sites, clients, or storage facilities.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and project teams to align logistics plans with operational requirements.
Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and third-party logistics providers.
Monitor and manage customs clearance procedures and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Prepare logistics reports, cost analyses, and shipment tracking logs.
Maintain accurate records of all logistics transactions, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documentation.
Negotiate contracts and rates with transportation and logistics service providers.
Implement safety and security procedures for the handling and transportation of goods.
Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
