Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily shipments and provide real-time updates to management.
Receive and filter logistics requests, ensuring irrelevant or non-priority requests are excluded.
Coordinate domestic and international shipments (land, air, and sea).
Negotiate shipping rates and build new freight routes to expand service coverage.
Develop and maintain relationships with freight companies and clients.
Prepare and review all shipping documentation, including but not limited to:
AWB
- Air Waybill
BL
- Bill of Lading
CMR
- Land Transport Document
CI
- Commercial Invoice
PL
- Packing List
ED
- Export Declaration
BOE
- Bill of Entry
Ensure proper classification and documentation according to international tariff codes (HS codes).
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless supply chain and logistics operations.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
5 to 10 years of proven experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
Full understanding of
customs clearance processes
and international shipping documentation.
Experience working with import/export procedures and international freight regulations.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with shipping carriers and vendors.
Excellent organization and multitasking capabilities.
