Logistics Executive

to join its operations team in

Dubai

. This role is well suited for a professional who can manage logistics coordination, inventory movement, and vendor communication to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate day-to-day logistics operations, including procurement, storage, and distribution Manage inventory records, stock levels, and movement of IT equipment and materials Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations Prepare and verify shipping documents, delivery notes, and invoices Monitor delivery schedules and resolve delays or discrepancies Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations Support cost control initiatives by optimizing logistics processes Maintain accurate logistics reports and documentation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Proven experience as a Logistics Executive or in a similar role, preferably in the UAE Good understanding of logistics operations and inventory management Proficiency in MS Office and basic logistics or ERP systems Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
