Logistics Executive
to join our operations team inDubai
. This role plays a vital part in coordinating logistics activities, ensuring timely movement of goods, and maintaining smooth communication between clients, drivers, and internal departments.Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily logistics and transportation activities. Plan and schedule shipments, deliveries, and pickups efficiently. Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and vendors to ensure smooth operations. Prepare and maintain logistics documentation such as delivery notes and reports. Monitor shipment status and resolve any delays or issues promptly. Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and logistics costs. Support the logistics manager in improving operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or a similar role. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office and basic logistics software.
