Logistics Executive

to manage and coordinate logistics operations related to IT equipment, materials, and services. This role is ideal for a professional who can ensure smooth movement, storage, and delivery of resources while supporting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the movement, delivery, and storage of IT equipment and office materials Plan and monitor logistics schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries Liaise with vendors, transport providers, and internal teams for smooth operations Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, delivery notes, and inventory records Track shipments and update stakeholders on delivery status Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams Handle returns, replacements, and damaged goods efficiently Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE logistics regulations Identify process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field 2-4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles, preferably in IT or service industries Strong understanding of logistics coordination, inventory control, and vendor management Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics/inventory software Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Attention to detail and a proactive working approach
