Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods and shipments from origin to destination Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries and cost efficiency Liaise with transport providers, warehouses, and clients for smooth logistics operations Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and customs documentation as required Track shipments and provide updates to management and clients Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams Identify and resolve operational issues to maintain service quality Ensure compliance with UAE logistics regulations and company policies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field 2-4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight operations Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, freight forwarding, and supply chain management Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software/tools Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
