Logistics Executive

. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in coordination, planning, and ensuring the smooth movement of goods and services within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily logistics operations, including scheduling pickups, deliveries, and route planning. Communicate with clients, drivers, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery of goods. Prepare and manage shipment documents, invoices, and transport records. Monitor the movement of vehicles and track shipments to ensure smooth operations. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates regarding their shipments. Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and prepare regular reports for management. Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure proper dispatch and receipt of goods. Identify operational issues and recommend improvements for efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, transportation regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in logistics or transportation operations (UAE experience preferred). Strong knowledge of transportation procedures and documentation. Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to timely execution.
