Logistics Executive

to join our team in

, responsible for coordinating transportation, managing supply chain processes, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily logistics operations, including shipments, transportation, and distribution. Communicate with suppliers, clients, and transporters to ensure smooth delivery and dispatch of goods. Maintain accurate records of shipments, delivery schedules, and inventory levels. Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any logistical issues promptly. Prepare and process shipping documentation, invoices, and related reports. Collaborate with the warehouse and procurement teams to ensure efficient material flow. Optimize logistics procedures to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with customs, transport regulations, and company policies. Provide regular updates and reports to management on logistics performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office applications. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. Knowledge of import/export procedures and UAE logistics regulations is an advantage.
