Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day logistics operations, including the planning and execution of distribution schedules. Coordinate with warehouse teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate shipments. Manage and track inventory levels, ensuring stock availability for distribution needs. Organize and monitor transportation activities, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory movement, preparing reports for management. Resolve any distribution-related issues, including delays, damages, and discrepancies in a timely manner. Assist in evaluating and selecting transportation partners to ensure cost-effective and efficient solutions. Monitor and ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve distribution strategies and streamline logistics processes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Proven experience in logistics or distribution management, preferably within Dubai/UAE. Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics software. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure. Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). A proactive problem-solver with attention to detail. Valid UAE driver's license (preferred but not mandatory).

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in logistics or distribution.
