for clearance processes, ensuring full compliance with regulations.
Manage
international cross-trade documentation
, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, suppliers, and clients for smooth cargo flow.
Track shipments and update concerned departments on status.
Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of all logistics documents.
Ensure punctuality, accuracy, and proactive follow-up on all shipments and clearances.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
Minimum [X] years of experience in logistics/shipping/trade documentation.
Strong knowledge of
LC, trade documentation, customs, DP World processes, and cross-trade management
.
Good understanding of
international shipping regulations and Incoterms
.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
