, is looking for an organized and proactive

Logistics Executive

to manage and coordinate day-to-day shipping and transportation operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, responsive, and passionate about driving operational efficiency in logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory control. Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure timely delivery of goods. Monitor shipment tracking, documentation, and regulatory compliance for both domestic and international logistics. Prepare and manage logistics documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and clearance papers. Liaise with internal departments and clients to update shipment status and resolve delivery issues. Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, stock levels, and cargo movements. Negotiate with vendors and service providers for cost-effective and reliable logistics services. Analyze logistics performance metrics and recommend process improvements where needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably in freight forwarding or shipping. Strong understanding of international trade terms, customs regulations, and shipping documentation. Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software (ERP or WMS systems). Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle pressure and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
