Our company is looking for LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE who will handle all Logistics works such as:

Processing Bill of Entry for customs documentation in E-Mirsal 2 in Dubai Trade web portal.
Handling the entire Job requirements for Import and Export Shipments.
Liason with Dubai Customs & Port Authorities.
Liason with carriers and shipping agents as per the requirements.
Co-ordinate with Transporters, Shipper & Consignee for effective deliveries and collection.
Organize Land Transportation for inbound and outbound. LCL/FCL shipments coordinate multi point loading and monitor the movements.
Logistics and Shipping Knowledge, Good English - Communication & Correspondence.
knowledge in import and export shipment transaction: booking of containers, submitting SI, load list, Dubai trade
Application of Export documents: such as invoice, PL, COO, HC, MOCCAE
Monitoring of all import and export shipments.
can work under pressure with minimal supervision
fast learner and can-do multi-tasking
with good English command and expert in preparing email correspondence

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field (Mandatory)
Can work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Candidates having bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in any field.
Fast learner and multi-tasker.
With good English command and expert in preparing email correspondence and excellent communication skills.
