Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Confirm the Availability of IRS/Take the correct shipping Address send their products.
• Executing daily OS orders
• Preparing AWB\'s and relevant documents for the orders to be dispatched
• Sending SMS and email to all uplifted shipments
• Cross verification of shipments vs Airbill description and packing the products.
• Updating the OS orders processed in the system. (outgoing & POD)
• Responsible for handling GSC queries for shipments ADHOC request
• Assisting on defective products and processing replacements and follow ups on the cases.
• Preparing weekly routine stf and running for approval and regular follow ups
• Working on return and reship shipment as per request.
• Transferring order according to locations
