Job Description

Job Summary : As Logistic Executive you will be responsible for all areas relating to Order Processing (supply and sub-contract orders), shipping and receiving, placing stock orders and specialized orders to our suppliers, while maintaining the company\xe2\x80\x99s principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely transactions between our business parties of Kinetics Middle East, LLC. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Complete Order processing from receive an order to delivery to customer.

Over seeing supply chain opportunity

• Ensuring the safe & timely pickup and delivering of shipment.
• Manage the movement of products/equipment/materials in and/or out of the country in accordance with organizational policy and procedure, and to comply with relevant local, country and international law and process.
• Leasing and negotiating with supplier.
• Preparation of contracts to supplier as per main contract terms
• Analyzing completed work and arranging payment to contractors.
• Prepare, submit and manage monthly work progress invoices / payment application for timely submission before monthly deadline including valuation of changes / variation.

EXPERIENCE:

• 5- 7 years\xe2\x80\x99 UAE experience with logistics shipping experience in the field as a shipping agent; with a minimum of 2-3 years of High Volume coordination/dispatching experience.
• Working knowledge of Modern import and export documentation and filing
• Experience with MS office and Outlook
• Strong, positive interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to work professionally and responsibly with clients and all areas within the business
