Job Description
Customs Formalities and discussion and sort out solutions if any issues arise. Handle all export inquiries and finish all tasks as per schedule. Entertain all inquiries by salesperson regarding Freight and Customs. Book all export CNF shipments and watch over all related processes. Any task assigned / perform is advised and suggested by the management from time to time. Localize the Units as per the management order and advice. Follow up with vendors for Custom Inspections and bookings and other operations. Involve in all conversations regarding any issue that arises in Export. Help other colleagues if they need any help regarding Customs, Transportation, meeting deadlines, etc. Responsible for all tasks such as (Customs, RTA, Import Gate Passes, etc.) Answer all inquiries whenever Higher Authorities inquire about any Import and Export Shipments (SEA, LAND, AIR).
