Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to manage and coordinate daily order dispatch, courier interactions, and ensure smooth last-mile delivery for our e-commerce business. The role requires strong coordination skills, accuracy in handling shipments, and the ability to resolve delivery issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Process daily confirmed orders from the sales team and prepare for courier dispatch. Coordinate with third-party courier partners for pickups, tracking, and timely delivery. Monitor delivery statuses and update systems with real-time shipment tracking. Handle RTOs (Return to Origin), failed deliveries, and ensure timely re-dispatch where required. Maintain proper documentation of shipments, invoices, and PODs (Proof of Delivery). Ensure compliance with packaging standards and accurate order labelling. Communicate with customers and the CS team in case of delivery issues or delays. Regularly review courier performance (delivery rates, timelines, costs) and suggest improvements. Work closely with Accounts to reconcile COD (Cash on Delivery) settlements. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dispatch/warehouse area.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

o Proven experience in logistics, dispatch, or warehouse operations (preferably e-commerce).

o Strong coordination skills and attention to detail.

o Familiarity with courier portals, shipment tracking, and Excel/Google Sheets.

o Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam (Arabic is an advantage).

o Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

o Basic knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.

Performance Metrics (KPIs):

On-time order dispatch rate. Successful delivery percentage. Courier performance and cost efficiency. RTO (Return to Origin) percentage reduction. Accuracy in COD settlement reconciliation.
