As our operations grow, we're looking for a reliable and organized Logistics & Delivery Coordinator to manage the smooth flow of deliveries and logistics.

Role Overview:

The Logistics & Delivery Coordinator will oversee daily delivery schedules, manage transportation logistics, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to our clients. This role bridges the gap between the sales team, warehouse, and delivery fleet to keep everything running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and coordinate delivery routes for customer orders Assign and monitor tasks for delivery staff or drivers Ensure all products are safely packed and accurately loaded Track and report delivery status, delays, or issues Maintain records of dispatch, delivery notes, and customer acknowledgments Coordinate with the warehouse and sales team for smooth order fulfillment Manage fleet maintenance schedules and ensure vehicle readiness Handle urgent or same-day delivery requests effectively Maintain high customer satisfaction through reliable and professional service

Requirements:

Prior experience in logistics, delivery coordination, or dispatch operations Strong organizational and time-management skills Knowledge of local delivery routes and basic transport regulations Proficiency in basic software (Excel, Google Sheets); knowledge of inventory or dispatch software is a plus Ability to lead a team of drivers/laborers and multitask under pressure Physically fit and comfortable working in outdoor/warehouse environments Interest in or experience with plants, garden decor, or landscaping products is a plus Valid driving license (if occasional driving is part of the role)

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
