POSITION:
LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
Job Summary: Customs clearance (import & export shipment) Well versed in Incoterms interpretation & understandings General cargo/ project cargo & RO/RO shipment knowledge General logistics function Obtaining government approval such as TRA. ESMA, FANR, TANFEEDI & MOH
Roles & Responsibilities: Prepare and update report such as local cost status report, 3 Months cash flow, monthly budget report & daily logistics report on the material clearance/ arrival statuses on each shipment. Assist & support the procurement manager on the day to day operation & coordination to site and forwarders in relation to custom clearance, transportation and deliveries of heavy and over cargo. Review and ensure that all required shipping documents are available & correct in accordance with the customs
requirements Prepare and submit the application for custom duty exemption All candidates must have GULF experience.
