Supplier Coordination & Order Processing Assistant
to support our logistics and procurement process. The ideal candidate will assist with order tracking, supplier communication, sample reviews, and documentation management among other duties . The candidate will work closely with internal teams (stores, design, and finance) as well as international suppliers to ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time
Key Responsibilities
Track supplier acknowledgements, sample submissions, corrections, and approvals.
Follow up with suppliers for Proforma Invoices (PI), confirmations, and delivery timelines
Maintain accurate tracking spreadsheets and update the ERP (e.g., Tally).
Coordinate with the design department on sample feedback and corrective actions.
Communicate with internal stakeholders and suppliers via email/phone.
Support preparation of logistics reports, supplier performance tracking, and documentation.
Assist in resolving shipment, documentation, or production discrepancies.
Required Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in
Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
(preferred but not mandatory)
? Minimum
1-3 years' experience
in logistics, order processing, or procurement coordination.
? Strong
Microsoft Excel skills
-- including spreadsheets, tracking, and data entry.
? Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Tally) is a strong advantage.
? Excellent
communication skills
and ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
? Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
? Experience working with
international suppliers
or global supply chain coordination.
Preferred Skills
? Knowledge of garment sourcing or fashion supply chain processes.
? Familiarity with sampling workflows and quality review procedures.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain, ideally in a retail setting.
Working Conditions:
May require occasional travel between warehouse and retail locations.
Flexibility to work extended hours during peak retail seasons.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
