Key Responsibilities

Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling, booking travel, accommodation, and visas.
Provide meet & greet services and support candidates during their interview journey.
Track and log all interview-related information in appropriate systems.
Ensure timely communication of instructions and requirements to candidates and stakeholders.
Perform additional operational and administrative duties as required by the line manager.
